great service but slow check-in
The staff member showed remarkable kindness during a chaotic time, making us feel welcomed despite the circumstances. A special shoutout to him for being incredibly understanding as my kids were understandably upset after the long journey. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us a much-needed respite from the storm.
The check-in process was quite slow due to the ice storm impacting the Wi-Fi.

great access to parks and local beer spots
I had a pleasant stay where the reception staff provided excellent recommendations for local beers and the room had a nice clean vibe, making it a great base for exploring nearby parks, especially nadaka city park just less than a 5-minute walk away. it’s perfect for a weekend stroll.

Had a fantastic time at this cozy spot! The indoor pool was super relaxing, and I loved unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. The only hiccup was that the room could've used a bit more lighting, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 🌟

missingWrote a review on 23 Junattractive parkspool facilityhelpful staffcleanliness issuesunpleasant environment
The stay was quite challenging, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. While the area had some appealing attractions nearby, like parks and museums, the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The staff was occasionally helpful, but the experience was marred by unsatisfactory service and an unfortunate odor in our room. Unfortunately, the environment was not very pleasant, with litter and signs of people living outside really affecting the atmosphere.

worst place, do not stay
Only the guy checking us in was nice. Our King Room smelled like smoke. The bathroom had mold, no towels, and creepy stains on the ceiling and tub. Breakfast options were basically cereal. The hotel felt super sketchy, and we had to wait too long to check in. Definitely not family-friendly.

Understanding staff in tough circumstances
I had a pretty good stay overall. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and patient, especially during the ice storm chaos. Although we faced issues with slow check-in processes due to Wi-Fi troubles, the employee remained calm and helpful while accommodating my family and me. One major area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the rooms, as there were some lingering odors.
